Innovative Hosting was founded in 2010 with just 5 employees. We are specialized in Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS Hosting, Domains & SSLs. Our vision is to build a hosting company that not only support customer growth but foster it as well. The credo back then, as it is today, is the more successful our customers are, the more successful we will be. Our goal is to provide our the customers with best service possible, with the simple hope that success would eventually lead to needing more servers.
Innovative Hosting is a privately held company that employs 18 of the best people in the business. Our data center maintains compliance for HIPAA, PCI and an SSAE-16 certification. We offer 24/7 Support to our Customers. Today Innovative Hosting provides a wide range of bleeding edge solutions and software for thousands of businesses big and small.
What do you offer your customers that are unique to your company?
We offer onsite 24/7/365 support to our clients via phone, live chat and trouble ticket. We offer 30 Days Money Back Guarantee, 99.999% Uptime. Each of our technicians is highly trained and highly skilled and capable of managing or troubleshooting any server.
What is the most challenging aspect to offering Web Hosting?
One of the most challenging thing is to make sure every single customer is 100% satisfied with the services that Innovative Hosting provides and other thing is pricing. We usually face queries regarding discounts or to pay an amount which is considerably low.
What is it that makes Innovative Hosting a competitive company in the Web Hosting market?

Do you own your own datacenter?
No, we don’t have. In order to be flexible we rent our DC space. Our specialty is hosting websites, applications, and data, not operating a Data Center facility, so we want to utilize the best available Data Center to make sure we can provide the services that are essential to our clients.
Where are they located?
Located in Tampa, Our Data Center currently has over 140Gbps dual entry fiber network capacity, 170 tons of n+1 CRAC, 20 minutes of n+1 full load battery time and 2 generators making 2.25 Mega-watts of redundant power.
What kind of backup power do you have?
Our Data Center has 2 generators that are making 2.25 Mega-watts of redundant power.
Do you have multiple backbone connections?
Our Datacenter is serviced by multiple fiber carriers providing Tier I connections to the Internet backbone.
Do you offer 24/7 support?
Yes, we’re available 24/7. Although we offer support only through our ticketing system. Since our team is small in order to provide the fastest possible reaction time we currently doesn’t offer support over the phone.
Do you have technicians present 24/7 or 9-5 M-F?
We have technicians ready to solve customer issues 24/7 through our ticketing system.
What is your average turn-around time on a support ticket?
On an average it takes less than 15 minutes.
Do you charge your clients for support? If so, please explain.
No, we don’t charge our clients for support.
Do you offer a money back guarantee?
Yes we do offer 30 days money back guarantee on Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting & VPS Hosting. Other products are non-refundable.
